SYLVANIA, Ga. - Mr. James Edward Brower, 88, died Friday. The Effingham County native lived most of his life in Screven County, was a member of Greenhill Baptist Church, a truck driver, a farmer and constructed farm buildings. Funeral services are 2 p.m., Monday, December 1st, at Thompson- Strickland-Waters Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in Screven County Memorial Cemetery. Visitation: 5-7 p.m., Sunday, at Thompson- Strickland-Waters Funeral Home.
