PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - Mr. Dobbie J. Collins, Jr. entered into rest on November 23, 2008 at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 1, 2008 at 12 Noon at Oakey Grove Baptist Church, Evans, GA., with Rev. Rex E. Wright officiating. Burial will be at church cemetery. Survivors include his wife Gloria J. Collins of Philadelphia, Pa.; one son, Darius J. Collins of Augusta, Ga.; two daughters, Carmella and Sharina Collins both of Philadelphia; one grand daughter, Hadirah; Mother, Thelma Price-Collins of Augusta, Ga.; Father, Dobbie James (Mary) Collins, Sr., Grandmother, Marie J. Collins, Brother, Gary Collins all of Evans, Ga.; two sisters, Rosetta Collins of Augusta, Ga., and Karla Collins of Evans, Ga.; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
