WAYNESBORO, Ga. & BALLPLAY, Tenn. - David Randolph Hensley, age 56, of Waynesboro, Ga. and Ballplay, Tenn., was born December 8, 1951 in Augusta, Ga. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Waynesboro, Ga., attended Wofford College, Spartanburg, S.C., graduated from Augusta College, Augusta, Ga., teacher in the Burke County Georgia and Monroe County School systems. Survivors: parents, Dr. Edgar Randolph and Laura White Hensley, Waynesboro, Ga.; sisters & brother-in-law, Debra Hensley & Tommy Rowell, Waynesboro, Ga., Barbara Hensley Howard, Augusta, Ga.; brother & sister-in-law, Craig White Hensley and Terri, Columbia, S.C.; nephews & spouse, Donald Thomas Howard, Jr. and Meredith, Craig White Hensley, Jr., Grant Thomas Hensley; nieces & spouse, Laura Kelly Howard Burns and Robert, Carrie Ann Rowell, Lillian Grace Hensley; great niece, Hensley Ann Hamilton; uncles, Walt (Jim) and Bill Hensley, Tommy White; aunt, Suzanne White Witt. Graveside service and interment: 11 a.m., Wednesday, Ebenezer Ballplay Cemetery, Rev. Richard Parker officiating.
