AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Ethel A. 'Dolly' Bergman entered into rest on November 22, 2008, after a long battle with cancer. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, LeRoy P. (Lee) Bergman; one sister, Jean Ferrell (CA); one sister-in-law Dolores Rush (IL); three stepsons, Keith Rory Bergman; Kevin James Bergman; Gary Lee Bergman and wife Mary Ann Bergman, whose loving help and support over the past couple of weeks were so greatly appreciated; and a host of nieces and nephews and dear friends. A visitation will be held at Elliott Son's Funeral Home on Columbia Road in Martinez on Friday, November 28 from 7 - 9 PM. Funeral services will be held at Saint Paul's Church at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 29 with the Rev. Dr. Richard Sanders and the Rev. James Silcox officiating. Mrs. Bergman was a member of Saint Paul's Church and sang in the choir. She was also a member of the Augusta Choral Society, serving for more than 16 years as librarian.
