ORANGEBURG, S.C. - Mr. Boyce Jerone "Blue J" Fogle, 80, died Friday afternoon, Nov. 21, 2008 at the Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Monday, Nov. 24, 2008 at Providence United Methodist Church. Interment will be in Island Cemetery. Mr. Fogle was born in Elloree, a son of the late Judson Jerone and Flossie Rickenbaker Fogle. He formerly worked with Arthur Hardware 14 years then joined Dyches Building Material of Aiken, where he worked 30 years as a salesman, until he retired. He was a member of Providence United Methodist Church. Mr. Fogle was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, was wounded in action and awarded the Purple Heart. Survivors: His wife, Mrs. Estelle Shuler Livingston Fogle, of the home; Two Stepsons, Cody B. Livingston and wife, Lori, of Lexington, R. E. "Eddie" Livingston, of Columbia; Sister, Mrs. Carol F. Felkel, of Charleston; Brother, William S. Fogle, of Elloree; Five step grandchildren. Family will receive friends 4 to 6 p.m., Sunday, at Dukes-Harley Funeral Home.
