AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at University Hospital, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Williams of Baywood Drive. Graveside services will be held Friday, November 21, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Mount Olive Memorial Gardens with Reverend Clarence Moore officiating. Mrs. Williams was a native of Augusta, a graduate of Lucy C. Laney High School and a member of Good Shepherd Baptist Church. Survivors are two daughters, Diana R. (Jerry) Wade and Alexis (Gilbert) Jefferson; four grandchildren, Reginald Carter, Morgan Key, Giovanni Jefferson and Garren Jefferson; three sisters, Patricia A. (James) Johnson, Minnie L. (Bobby) West, Antionette (Charles) Thomas; one brother, Willie E. Curry; one sister-in-law, Juanita Curry (James-deceased); two aunts, Margie (John) Ashley and Edith McCorkle; one uncle, Martin McCorkle; one god child, Takera Cox, all of Augusta, Georgia.
