HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Jewell Rose Cook, beloved mother, grandmother and sister passed away at her home Tuesday, November 11, 2008. Her daughters, Helen Strother-Johnson and Karren Lea McTier, and one son, Austin Johns, survive her. She has 6 grandchildren, Eddie Beddow, Shawn Taylor, Pamela Irvine, Gary Johnson, Eric Johnson & Frank McTier, she also has 5 great-grandchildren. Her siblings, Paul Rose, Mildred Dubbery, Tommy Rose, Fred Rose, Kenneth Rose, Curtis Neaves and Anthony Rose. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15th at 11 a.m. at Windsor Spring Baptist Church, 3692 Windsor Spring Rd., Augusta, GA 30906.
