KEYSVILLE, Ga. - On November 7, 2008, God called our beloved "Aunt Jessie" home to rest. She was born January 26, 1920 to the late Mr. George and Lena Wiggins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Willie Patterson and daughter, Ms. Mattie Patterson; seven brothers, Joe, Rufus, James, Milton, Willie, Steiner, and Frank; two sisters, Zelma and Mae Ella; one niece, Elease; and great-great- niece, Lena. She leaves to cherish her memories three great nieces, Mrs. Annette Washington, Keysville, Ga., Mrs. Barbara Burston, and Ms. Linda Wilkes of Hephzibah, Ga.; one great-great-nephew, First Sgt. Bernard Brooks of Fort Jackson, S.C.; 16 nieces; 12 nephews; one sister-in-law; a host of great-great nieces and nephews; relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 15, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. at the Mt. Tabor AME Church in Keysville, Pastor Glenn Wiggins officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
