Driver, pupils unhurt in I-20 school bus wreck

A Richmond County school bus carrying eight members of the Hephzibah High School cross country team was involved in a wreck Saturday afternoon on Interstate 20 in Morgan County, Ga.

No one was injured on the bus, but the driver of another vehicle was airlifted from the scene for treatment of a broken back, a Georgia State Patrol dispatcher said.

The wreck occurred on eastbound I-20 at mile marker 107, temporarily shutting down one lane.

Richmond County schools spokesman Louis Svehla said the Richmond County bus and one from Columbia County were returning from a track meet in Atlanta.

He said the Richmond County bus was involved in a collision and that it appeared the bus driver wasn't at fault.

He said the Columbia County bus was not involved in the wreck and was used to take the Hephzibah team members back to the Augusta area.

FedupwithAUG: It might be a help if you indicated where and when the incident happened.

That looks like a tanning bed. Is it? Where was this? When was this? I don't know these people, but this is pretty decent footage. Hope you get 'em. What was the scenario, was that a gun in the white guys hand? What did they steal? Need more clues.
