Emory Morris Collins (HILDA, S.C.)

HILDA, S.C. - Emory Morris Collins, 63, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2008 at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital, Columbia, S.C. Emory was born on Jan. 10, 1945 in Barnwell County. He was the son of the late Achille S. Collins, Sr., and Ruth Morris Collins. He was predeceased by his Twin Brother, Elmer Martin Collins. He was a member of the Hilda First Baptist Church and was a former employee of Still's Grocery of Hilda. Funeral Services will be held at 3 PM, Saturday, at the Hilda First Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM, Saturday evening, at Mole Funeral Home. Survivors include his brothers; Willie Howell Collins of Clarendon, N.C., Ted Collins, Sr., of Cope, S.C. and Achille (Shield) Collins, Jr., of Hilda, S.C.; sisters, Jenny C.
