GANTT, Ala. - Mr. William Austin "Bill" Ballard, 77, of Gantt, died Monday, November 3, 2008 in the Andalusia Hospital. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, November 6th at the Able Cemetery in Gantt, with the Rev. Dale Norris officiating the service. Visitation will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Foreman Funeral Home. Survivors include his wife, Odessa Ballard of Gantt, Ala.; his daughter and son-in-law, Terri and Gaynor Ridgdill of Augusta, Ga.; his son and daughter-in-law, Glenn and Perri Ballard of San Angelo, Texas; four grandchildren, Andy (Heidi) Ballard of Spokane, Wash., Anthony (Anna) Ballard of Odessa, Texas, Jason Youngblood of Ocala, Fla., Toni (Evan) Evans of Augusta, Ga.; two great-grandchildren; and his sister, Lois (Fritz) Duensing of Gantt, Ala.
