What has Barack Obama done that has prepared him for the presidency? Painfully simple, yet no evidence can be offered, and "change," "hope," and "well, the Republicans..." are not answers to what qualifies Obama to be the leader of the free world.
Obama has done nothing legislatively. He pushed no bills forward despite promising a middle-class tax cut.
As state senator, he refused to take a stand on 130 issues as evidenced by a "present" vote. Counselor, you cannot do that with Ahmadinejad, Castro, Chavez, or Putin. When he did vote, he voted to let babies, humans who survived murder, i.e. abortions, die where they lay.
For 18 months Obama was lambasting McCain for being in Congress for 25 years, and is therefore part of what's wrong with Washington. And then, he selects a 36-year veteran of Congress with a predisposition to inane utterances and abysmal policies to be his running mate -- a person who has been twice rejected by Democrats nationally.
He has been groomed by the likes of Bill Ayers, Tony Rezko and the Most Holy Rev. Jeremiah Wright. What is worse is the fact that he exposed his children to Wright's vile.
If Obama wins, we lose, and those who voted for him deserve their tax increases and all the baggage that will come with an Obama administration ...
Do our troops deserve to be in a duty-bound situation requiring them to salute someone who loathes them, who voted to eliminate their funding, and cancelled a visit with them because he had to go to the gym and shop?
Obama is a bad joke thrust upon us by the Democratic Party, who just so happens to be the most unqualified dangerous candidate in American history.

He is United States Senator, known to be one to support many people based legal bills on the Demo. and Rep. side. He has showed his committment to the politcal process by turning down many better paying and high profile positions. He has worked at the community level to make positive changes in their lives. He choose a qualified VP and someone who can and will and serve the people well. He has run a grassroot campaign in every state in the country surpassed by none and changed the face of political campaigns to come. Inspired young and old, to vote. And we will give him the chance to finish the work he started today, by electing him President of the United States. OBAMA 2008!!
I hope only the qualified will be allowed to vote as well.

McCain is going down to a big defeat for the same reasons you did Benedict. Two years ago after you lost I suggested you change your tune. Too bad for you and your man you did not listen. We must remember that we are racist, haters, etc., etc. if we are against NObama (the dim mantra). It couldn't be that he is the most unqualified, inexperienced, do-nothing, ultra-liberal, socialist/marxist senator (143 days) from the corrupt chicago dim political machine. He CHOSE his 'friends' who are felons, crooks, racists, marxists, socialists, terrorists, murderers, etc. He has been the state and now us senator of IL (was a community agitator with ACORN, IL with its teachers pension fund is going bankrupt, the state is over $64billion in debt (going bankrupt because the politicians can't agree on anything - all dims), the schools are ranked in the lowest, the taxes are among the highest, roads are terrible, etc. NObama hasn't done anything for his own state and the blind and gullible dims want to put him in charge of our country.
