CLEARWATER, S.C. - Mr. James L. 'J.L.' Randolph, 61, of Clearwater, SC, beloved husband of forty-two years to Bonnie Ferguson Randolph and son of Lester Randolph, Langley, SC and the late Bobbie Rhodes Randolph, died Sunday, November 2nd, 2008. Born in and a lifelong resident of Aiken County, SC, he was a graduate of L.B.C. High School and was a member of Woodridge Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, riding his Honda and traveling. J.L. retired after thirty-six years of service from Kimberly Clark where he was a Production Operator. In addition to his wife and father, family members include a son, Charles Randolph, (Fianc Rebecca Jackson) Aiken, SC; daughter, Janet Tate, Charlotte, NC; sister, Linda Smith, (Travis) Langley, SC; brother, Glen Randolph, (Lisa) Graniteville, SC; and grandchildren, Drew Tate, Corey Randolph and Nathaniel Tate. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 4th, 2008 at 3 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Langley, SC, with Pastor Tommy Knotts officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville, SC. Pallbearers will be Jim Dutton, J.A. Meyers, Jr., Chad Smith, Bobby Hollowell, Jerry Jennings, and Billy Ray Randolph. The family has asked that memorials be made to the Care Pregnancy Center, P.O. Box 1775, Augusta, GA 30903. Friends may call at the home.
