AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Sandra Dixon age 50, wife of Michael Dixon entered into rest at Trinity Hospital on Wednesday , October 29, 2008. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the Belair Rd. Chapel of Platt's Funeral Home with Chaplain Jeff Flowers, Chaplain Brennan Francois and Chaplain Erwin Beale officiating. Survivors include: her husband, Michael Dixon, one son, Joshua Dixon of Oakland, CA, one daughter, Megan Dixon of Evans. Her father Paul Nordin and her step- mother Muriel Nordin of Manhattan Beach, CA, and her mother, Barbara Boardman, of Morro Bay,CA. One brother, Paul Nordin II of Oakland, CA. Sandra was born in Berkley, CA. She was a homemaker and enjoyed traveling with her family, She had recently visited with kids in Africa that her and her husband supported.
