BROOKLYN, N.Y. - Mr. Arthur Lee Wadley, 71, formerly of Swainsboro, Ga., died Monday, October 27, 2008. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m., Sunday, November 2, 2008 at Oak Grove Baptist Church.
