America approaches the most challenging and dangerous election in our history. Many Americans seem to be blinded or deceived.
Our country has been "free-falling" for 35 years since the legalization of abortion on demand -- terminating a baby anytime during pregnancy for any reason, or no reason.
Convenient abortion in other countries, as in Europe, has been followed by euthanasia -- the "putting down" of an old or infirm person much like an animal (by someone's choice).
During these years we've witnessed and allowed everything necessary to adopt "pagan culture" -- condoning and encouraging homosexuality, promoting gay marriages, fornication and adultery in reality and entertainment, abuse and exploitation of our women and children through pornography and video games. And worst, Americans have sought to ban and expel God from all areas of our life.
We have trampled most of the high standards upon which America was founded and flourished. The Old Testament has numerous accounts of nations having gone this route, always toward great chastisement, exile or destruction. God will not be mocked.
Now Obama comes, seemingly as a "prophet" claiming to have all knowledge and answers. Actually, intelligence and rhetoric aren't enough. The question is not finances, war, health care, race or gender. The question is "Do we go God's way or the world's way"?
Scripture tells us "we'll know them by their fruits" -- in this case how they've lived, how they've voted, who they've associated with, and where they've stood. It's extremely foolish to believe empty promises that contradict past performance.
As bad as this appalling dilemma surrounding us, our sickening apathy as a nation may be even worse. We are culpable; it's our watch.
Woe to us if we are apathetic toward this election and empower a "false prophet" with his destructive pro-death changes and agenda.

Some people think that a "prophet" foretells the future but the real function of a prophet is to address current situations and articulate God's point of view on the matter. Advising people of the consequences of their failure to heed the warning was added for motivational purposes. A false prophet is one who tries to distort and obscure God's point of view and tell peole that God's plan can be disregarded and all will be well. Obama meets all the requirements of a false prophet.
Meesage from God: I am actually registered as a Democrat, but haven't voted since the time of Ceasar. Now, he was some kind of politician. As for this American election, I really like McCain and Palin. However, I have chosen Obama to do my bidding. Some of you, such as Rush and Hannity, have figured that out.

The Israelites turned to idolatry and sacrificing their children to Moleck and God allowed them to be exiled in captivity in a foreign land. God may well be more pleased with McCain/Palin and yet choose Obama as an instrument to hasten the chastisement of the USA. Remember that God chose a donkey to speak eloquently to Balaam so there is a precedent for God making use of a well-spoken jackass.

Obama may not be breaking the laws of man in voting for infanticide when he was an Illinois state senator, but in supporting abortion and infanticide, he is a murderer and is breaking the laws of God, and he will suffer the wrath of God upon his life as will this nation. Our economic collapse is a result of God's wrath because of the sins of our nation and national leaders in business and government. The greed, immorality, disrespect for human life, and dishonesty are not looked with favor by the Lord. The hammer of God's justice has fallen and will continue to fall until this nation repents.

Yes, it could be His divine will that Obama gets elected just as it was His will to send Nebuchednezzar, King of Babylon, to destroy Israel because of their sins and idolatry, their sacrifice of little babies and children to the pagan god, Molech, and their sensual worship around the altars of Baal and Ashteroth. Even one of the last kings of Judah built a pagan altar to Baal and Ashteroth in the very Temple of the Lord. Obama will destroy the Constitution of the United States and appoint radicals in his administration and on the courts to continue to kill babies as part of the hand of judgment by God upon this nation. He will not defend this nation from Muslim terrorists who seek to destroy us. He is in league with them. The boy Obama has a plan or so we are told yet he keeps changing the plan even before we hear any details. Look at the Obama website; he doesn't ask you to trust him based on his record but to "believe". It is reasonably certain that you can trust Obama's promise of "change" but he's not about to get specific on what that means.

realistineducation...I'm sorry to tell you (well maybe I'm not sorry) but you are wrong. God has everything to do with this election. God is control of everything and it has nothing to do with separation of church and state. If Obama is elected president then it is God's will but that doesn't mean that it's a good thing. God is a loving God but sometimes uses trials to punish in order to draw our nation closer to him. We have gotten so far as a nation from our Godly beliefs that it's going to take a mighty hand to wake this nation up. Christians just have to trust and wait upon the Lord. For unbelievers, whoa until you. Things are not going to be pretty.
I do love to watch the wing nuts squirm; it brings me inner peace.
