AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Harold E. Rutti, 87, entered into rest Sunday, October 19, 2008 in Upperville, Virginia, surrounded by his children. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 40 years, Doris Williams Rutti. He is survived by his children, Elaine R. Cain (Gerry), Jo R. Endres Maypole (William), Robert Harold Rutti (Florinda), Teresa R. Belchyk (Max), and Roger Dwayne Rutti (Azita) of Upperville, Virginia; his grandchildren Kimberly A. Cain, Amanda E. Ebel (Benjamin), V. Trel Rutti, Robert H. Rutti, Anna Maria Rutti, Abigail N. Rutti, Max P. Belchyk IV, Emily E. Belchyk, Cajal L. Rutti, Sophia M. Rutti, Hannah J. Rutti, and one great-granddaughter, Haven E. Ebel. He is also survived by his wife, Mary Lee Rutti of Evans, Georgia, a brother and sister, Milan Rutti and Delores Wassenberg of Marysville, Kansas, and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Rutti achieved many professional accomplishments during his career with DuPont and as a home builder, none of which overshadowed his devotion to his family and friends. He died as he lived, peacefully and humbly. A private family service and interment will be held. If so desired, memorials may be made to the United Way of the CSRA, 630 Ellis St. P.O.
