TWIN CITY, Ga. - Mrs. Ruth Mincey, age 87, of Twin City, died Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at East Ga. Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 18, 2008 at 1 p.m. at the ECI Auditorium. Burial will be in the Union Chapel Church Cemetery. Mosley's Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
