LINCOLNTON, Ga. - Mrs. Melba Hawes Nunally of Lincolnton, GA passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2008 at Wills Memorial Hospital in Washington, GA; Her funeral services will be held Sunday, October 12, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Ebenezer Baptist Church with Pastor Fred Perriman officiating. The burial will be held at the church cemetery. She leaves to mourn her passing, two loving sisters, Ms. Arlesia V. Hawes and Mrs. Ella P. Hamp both of Lincolnton, GA; a loving brother, Joe Otis Hawes of Lincolnton, GA; an aunt, Mrs. Minnie Bell Hawes of Cleveland, OH; a devoted goddaughter, Mrs. Faith Garnett of Watkinsville, GA; a dutiful godson, Mr. William "Pete" Cullars of Lincolnton, GA; and a host of devoted and caring nieces, nephews and cousins.
