AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest Monday, October 6, 2008, Mr. George Washington Garnett of Audubon Place. Funeral services will be conducted, today, Friday, October 10, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. from Canaan of Galilee Baptist Church with Reverend Robert Felton officiating. Interment will be in Second Mount Carmel Baptist Church cemetery. The remains will lie in state at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
