Are you talking about the guy who owns Luigi's downtown?
The mantra of the 2008 presidential campaign is "change."
Given the increasing severity of problems involving immigration and financial markets, Americans should demand change. Few people understand it, but the change that is needed is preserving, protecting and defending the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
I predict that if either the Democratic or Republican nominee becomes president, the American people will be disappointed; the most disappointed will be pro-family, pro-life, evangelical Christians. I am confident that my prediction will come true because both nominees have strong ties to the Council on Foreign Relations, an organization dedicated to the destruction of America's national sovereignty.
Sarah Palin is incapable of preventing the advance of globalism by CFR member John McCain. When the United States is no longer a sovereign nation and our Constitution is destroyed, then our God-given rights will no longer be protected.
The only hedge against this country's total destruction is the election of a presidential candidate who understands what is at stake regarding the Constitution and the rule of law, and will then stand for both. That's why I'm voting for constitutionalist Chuck Baldwin for president, and I urge you to do the same. See www.baldwin2008.com for information.

Are you talking about the guy who owns Luigi's downtown?
Or are you talking about wasting your vote?
I assume that Simons thinks his candidate will win something??
He is talking about "voting his conscience". He is talking about leaving the voting booth with the confidence he did what was right, regardless. Had the last several generations done the same there might have been hope for us. Think about who is really wasting their "personal right to vote". We have not been able to vote for a change in direction at least since 1964. Both major parties have the same goal. The means to get there are different. One is Facist and the other Socialist.
Here I thought that Baldwin was one of those Hollywood whackos that was going to leave the US (but didn't) if Bush was elected.
No, mgroothand, this Baldwin is one of those religious zealots, who to compound the idiocy, is a preacher. Seems like he would fit in perfectly with main-stream Augusta thinking. Now, McInsane and McPain are a combination too scary to contemplate. Indeed, they do represent a third term of The Shrub & Tricky Dicky, but likely worse, if it is possible to imagine such a thing. Obama, although sane and quite intelligent (I heard Lawrence Tribe, Harvard constitutional law professor for several decades, say the other day that of the 6000 or so students he has mentored, Obama was the best.) is simply a functionary of the other branch of the one-part system. You who cheer-lead for either of the criminal political parties are helping sell the Republic down the river. But, if you feel compelled to pick either a Republi-con or Demon-rat, then the only rational choice is Obama. ---- "It would be easier to pay off the national debt overnight than to neutralize the long-range effects of our national stupidity" (Frank Zappa)
TK do you think that Lawrence Tribe really remembers mentoring Obama? One face out of 6000? Oh wow, I forgot Obama's face is unforgettable if he just happens to be running on Joe Biden's shirttail for POTUS.
All I have to say is if you can not believe in the one you vote for, then that is a wasted vote. For me the one I believe in is Chuck Baldwin of the Constitution Party. "Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost."
