MARTINEZ, Ga. - Entered into rest at Doctors Hospital in Augusta, Ga. on September 30, 2008, Mr. Robert A. 'Red' Oellerich, Sr., husband of the late Alice Anita Oellerich. Mr. Oellerich lived in this area all of his life, he was a member of the Old 2nd Baptist Church of Augusta, a member of Eagles Club. He owned and operated the Oellerich Texaco Station. His most enjoyable job of his life was being "Mr. Mom" taking care of his children and grandchildren. Survivors: one son, Robert A. Oellerich, Jr. and wife Lisa, Martinez; daughters, Mrs. Jean E. Estep and husband Frank, Albany, N.Y and Mrs. Ruby O. Dennis and husband Leslie, North Augusta; 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3, 2008 graveside in Westview Cemetery at 11 a.m. with Father David Koetter officiating. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home Thursday, October 2, 2008 between the hours of 6 and 8 p.m. Thomas L. King Funeral Home, 124 Davis Rd., Martinez, Ga. Florist: 8 a.m. on Friday.
