Frederick L. Tucker (AIKEN, S.C.)

AIKEN, S.C. - Mr. Frederick L. Tucker, 39, of 117 Old Barnwell Road, Aiken, S.C., departed this life on Monday, September 15, 2008. Mr. Tucker was a graduate of Aiken High School Class of 1988. He was a business entrepreneur and owner of Car Junkies. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 20, 2008 at 2 p.m. from the Friendship Baptist Church, Aiken, with Rev. Anthony Q. Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Ashley Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Aiken. Survivors include his mother, Gloria A. Tucker, Charleston, S.C. and his father, Frank Tucker, Aiken. He leaves to mourn his beloved companion, Kimberly McDuffie of the home and daughters, Frelicia and Fredericka Tucker, Aiken, Jasmine McDuffie, Charleston, and Dehavelyn Barnes, Aiken. Other survivors are sisters, Zera T. Black (Alan), Atlanta, Ga., Monique Tucker, Charleston, Chaka Tucker, Atlanta, Janee' Boyd, Miami, Fla., Denice Simpkins Neal, deceased; his loving grandmother, Alberta McKevie; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Friends may call at the residence of the aunt, Gloria Muse, 636 Shiloh Heights Road, Aiken or at Jackson- Brooks Funeral Home beginning 2 p.m. Friday.
