AUGUSTA, Ga. - Susie Miller McClellan, 86, entered into rest at her residence, September 17, 2008. She was the loving wife of 67 years of Mr. Willie Mack McClellan. A native of Louisville, Mrs. McClellan had been a resident of Augusta for the past 59 years. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Girard and was a charter member of One Way Baptist Church of Augusta. Mrs. McClellan was a retired stenographer for the Equifax Corp. In addition to her husband she is survived by three devoted children: Bill McClellan (Betty) of Augusta, Judith (Bob) McClellan Lewkowicz of Evans, Brint McClellan of Marietta, GA; sister: Mrs. Emily Dixon of Girard, GA; granddaughters: Jana (Ryan) West Anderson of Grovetown, Lauren Leigh McClellan and Meredith Ann McClellan, both of Marietta and great-granddaughters: Taylor and Parker Anderson of Grovetown. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 19, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Billy Atkins officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
