HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Mrs. Lillie Shaw entered into rest on Monday, September 15, 2008 at Doctors Hospital. Funeral services will be on Saturday, September 20, 2008 at 12 noon at Heymont Presbyterian Church, Fayetteville, N.C. Interment will be at Cumberland Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Shaw was a native of Walkulla, N.C. Survivors are one daughter, Carrol A. Shaw, Landover, Md.; three sons, James Howard (Willie Mae) Shaw, Sr., Brooklyn, N.Y., Fred (Joyce) Shaw, Jr., St. Mary's, Ga., Mitchel (Sheral) Shaw, Sr., Hephzibah; four sisters, Carleen Shaw, Fayetteville, N.C., Inez McKethen, Philadelphia, Pa., Betty McPhatter, Baltimore, Md., Willette Williams, Des Moines, Wash.; 11 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.
