Blythe, Ga. - Mrs. Mary Parker Harwell, 60, beloved wife of Troy L. Harwell, entered into rest Sunday, September 14, 2008 at Eisenhower Medical Center. Mrs. Harwell was born July 22, 1948 in Louisville, Ga. to Ollie Atkinson Cook and the late Thomas Watson Parker. Mrs. Harwell was a member of Faith Baptist Church, a member of the Ladies Sunday School Class, and also sang in the choir. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, September 18, 2008, at Faith Baptist Church with Reverend Albert Halford officiating. Interment services will follow at Mt. Moriah Cemetery, Matthews, Ga. Mrs. Harwell will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
