Dr. Janie Heath , associate dean for academic affairs in the Medical College of Georgia School of Nursing, has been appointed to an American Heart Association panel studying smokeless tobacco products and a Tri-Council for Nursing panel studying advanced practice nursing care.

Maria Vaill , a Realtor, has received the CSRA Home Connections Agent of the Month award from the executive review committee of the CSRA Home Connections Local Alliance Co-op Marketing program for referring the greatest number of preferred providers to her clients for the delivery of home-related products and services in July.
