LOUISVILLE, Ga. --- Thomas Jefferson Academy rode the 1-2 punch of Derrick Mathis and Taylor Barrentine to a 23-6 victory over Edmund Burke Academy.
Mathis rushed for 193 yards and three touchdowns, including two in the first quarter, as the Jaguars opened up a 14-0 lead.
Barrentine added 79 yards on the ground for Thomas Jefferson, including a 4-yard touchdown run. Thomas Jefferson improves to 2-1.
