BATAVIA, N.Y. - Mrs. Mary L. Ferrando, 93, died Thursday, August 14, 2008 at United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia, NY. Her husband, Frank Ferrando, Sr., died 1987. Survivors include two sons; Frank (Jeanne) Ferrando of Batavia, NY and Louis (Faye) Ferrando of South Carolina; one daughter, Lucille Ferrando of Batavia, NY and one brother, Sebastian (Constance) Prospero of Webster; 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Ferrando was the sister of the late Angelo, Fred and Arthur Prospero. Calling hours were held at the Bohm-Calarco-Smith Funeral Home, 308 East Main Street, Batavia. Her Mass of Christian Burial was held at Ascension Parish - St. Anthony's Church.
