AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Robert Tiller Hallford 83, beloved husband of Mrs. Ruby Wilcox Hallford, entered into rest on Monday August 25, 2008 at University Hospital. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, August 28, 2008 at Elliott Sons Funeral Home - Lumpkin Road with Rev. Jim Dutton officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Honorary pallbearers will be Timothy Hallford, Terry Crowe, Johnny Boynton, Michael Hannon, Tyler Hannon, Glenn Ray. Military honors will be accorded by the Ceremonial Detachment of Fort Gordon. Mr. Hallford served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Survivors include his wife: two daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Terry Crowe, Martinez,GA, Doris and Michael Hannon, Great Falls, VA; sons and daughter- in-law, Terry Hallford, David Scott Hallford, Karen Lott all of Augusta, GA; sister, Maggie Mae Starling, Homerville, GA; nine grandchildren, Sara Elisabeth Jones, Laura Victoria Faircloth, Conner Micheal Hallford, Esther Teresa Deal, Timothy Trevor Lott Hallford, Jessica Brittany Hallford, Michael Beringer Hannon, Tyler Hannon and Charles David Hallford; great grandchildren, Dylan Newman, Gabriel Jones and Victoria Grace Faircloth; Preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kara Elisabeth Hallford.
