Justus, the man as been charged, not convicted. The article is way short on information. It is a criminal case and a personnel matter. Do you really think that the Chronicle has all the information? How do you know anythingh as been handled improperly? Do you even know what statements have been made to investigators or by the man himself? Talk about ignorant.

He is accused of doing this, and was booked into the jail. He will have his day in court and then we'll see. Want to bet he'll plead guilty?
