I HOPE THE COPS in Columbia County crack down on these people who are drinking and driving without their seat belts. I see a lot of people that are not even buckling their children up. So I hope that as Labor Day approaches they will look into it.
AGE DOES MATTER . Look at Clinton and Bush before they took over the presidency. They were younger men. Age matters. I would not want a 72-year-old surgeon operating on me. I don't need a 72-year-old man running this country.
THE FOLKS RIDING city buses illegally ought to have to walk for a while. Then maybe they'll do the right thing and not try to cheat.
ISN'T IT STRANGE the U.S. is against Russia invading the sovereign government of Soviet Georgia in 2008? From 1861 to 1865, the USA invaded our sovereign Confederate State of Georgia, and we're taught in our Yankee schoolbooks that their invasion was justified.
I'D LIKE TO ANSWER the question for the person that wanted to know if anybody was more full of rubbish than Obama. I'd like to answer it: Yes, George Bush and John McCain.
MR. RUSSELL SAID a sign would be posted on buses saying an invalid key card won't be accepted. Instead, they ought to put a plainclothes deputy to take the name and address of these people violating the law and check with the hotel that the key card and persons are valid guests. If not, arrest them.
DR. BEDDEN GOT his $15,000 bonus, but what about the principal at Tubman? Did he get his for bringing the school up to par? No, I don't think so.
THIS IS A RANT for administrator Fred Russell. How naive can you be? You started this whole mess with the hotel key cards by saying yes to the greedy hotel owners. Now you can stop it just as quick by saying no. Do you have the guts?
LOOKS LIKE ONCE AGAIN Richmond County taxpayers have been thrown under the bus.
