MARTIN, S.C. - Funeral services for Rose Ena Addison, 74, of Addison Circle, Martin, S.C., will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, August 24, 2008, at Mount Hope Baptist Church, Martin, S.C., with burial in the church cemetery. Allendale Community Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Ms. Addison was born in Allendale County to the late Briester Addison and Maybell Allen. She died Thursday, August 21, 2008 at the Orangeburg Regional Medical Center. Survivors: three daughters: Shirley Myers, Darnell Addison and Ernestine Broomfield (Jimmy) all of Martin, S.C.; four sons: Curtis Addison (Barbara), Earl Davis Addison, Dennis Addison all of Martin, S.C., and Chris Addison (Ann) of Jacksonville, Fla.; three sisters: Fannie Mae Badger, Beulah Franklin, and Thelma Hightower, all of Martin, S.C.; one brother: Brister Addison,III, Jacksonville, Fla.; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
