THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Thelma L. Prevette, beloved wife of Mr. Wallace Prevette, of Washington Road, died Wednesday, August 20, 2008, at her residence. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, August 22, in the Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens with Rev. Sue Meehan officiating. Mrs. Prevette was a native of New York, but had lived in Thomson for many years. She was a retired restaurant owner and a member of the Young Memorial Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Mr. Wallace Prevette, Thomson; her daughter, Shannon Mason, Texas; her two granddaughters, Zeppelin Mason and Abrachus Mason, both of Texas; and 4 great- grandchildren.
