APPLING, Ga. - Ms. Irene Kilpatrick Speer entered into rest Saturday, August 16, 2008 at Lake Crossing Health Center, Appling, the daughter of Mrs. Frances Speer. Ms. Speer was preceded in death by her father, John Speer, Sr. Other family members are two brothers, John Speer, Jr., Frank Speer; one sister, Harriett Speer; five nieces; one nephew; two great nieces; one great nephew.
