AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest Friday, August 1, 2008 at her residence, Ms. Earnestine Mitchell Wilson of Twiggs Street. Earnestine reunited with her parents, the late Lucy and Ernest Mitchell and her brothers, the late Ernest Williams, Willie Authur Mitchell and Erskine Caldwell Mitchell. Ms. Wilson was a 1969 graduate of Lucy C. Laney High School and was employed at the Place on Deans Bridge Road. She truly enjoyed life. She leaves to share her memories: a devoted companion, Will Harris; a son, who was very dear to her heart, Kevin DeMarcus Mitchell; compassionate and caring sister, Mattie B. Mitchell, Mary Mitchell, Augusta; three brothers, Alexander Williams, Joseph Williams and James Williams, all of New York; grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and a dedicated cousin, Gayle DuBurke. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, August 9, 2008 at 12:00 noon from Harmony Baptist Church with Reverend Dr. Woodrow Miller, a geniune man of God officiating.
