CRAWFORDVILLE, Ga. - Mrs. Joanne C. Dawkins of Crawfordville, Ga. passed away on Monday, August 4, 2008 at MCG in Augusta, Ga. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 9, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Greater Level Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Samuel Duggan officiating. Her survivors include a loving husband of 43 years, Giles E. Dawkins; three daughters, Leah R. Goodwin of Waynesboro, Ga., Leila Edgerson of Augusta, Ga., and Leona Dawkins of Washington, Ga.; a brother, John W. Cornish of Naples, Fla.; and five grandchildren.
