In leadership group

Deryus Jahrell Tillman , of Hephzibah, has become a member of Sigma Alpha Lambda, National Leadership and Honors Organization, at Georgia Southern University, Statesboro.

Pupil receives honors

Caitlen P.Y. Prince, daughter of Sharon Pugh and Willie Prince, of Augusta, maintained an A average in all subjects through the 2007-08 school term at Jenkins-White Elementary Charter School. She had perfect attendance and was honored with trophies for highest classroom average and highest average for third grade.

Makes dean's list

Consuella Streaty , of Augusta, has been named to the dean's list for the spring quarter at the University of Cincinnati.

Named to honor roll

Thomas J.C. Smyth III , of Augusta, a member of the class of 2008, was named to the honor roll for the spring term at Phillips Academy, Andover, Mass.
