EVANS, Ga. - Linda Kay Hayes, 50, entered into rest Sunday, August 3, 2008 as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, August 7, 2008, at the Columbia Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home with Rev. K. C. Stevens officiating. Linda is survived by her son, Tanner Hayes, Evans; mother and stepfather, Geraldine and Horace Baxley, Pell City, Alabama; foster parents and aunt and uncle, Louise and Leonard Hayes, Evans; brother, Larry Hayes, Garden City, Georgia; half-brothers, Douglas Hayes, Aiken, South Carolina, Van Baxley, Smith, Alabama; half-sisters, Lisa Clendenin, Augusta, Laura Worthy, Pell City, Alabama and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
