AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. John Wideman of Kennedy Drive entered into rest Friday, August 1, 2008 at the residence. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Survivors are his wife, Gloria Battle Wideman; one son, Zeric O. Wideman; two daughters, Tameka Wideman, Augusta and Yolanda (Keith) Davis, Sicily, Italy; one sister, Remell (Walter) McKenzie, Augusta; two brothers, Carl (Annie) Wideman and Ernest (Peggy) Wideman, Hephzibah; four grandchildren; aunt, Eula Williams, Chester, Pa.; mother-in-law, Ola Battle, Augusta; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
