Washington, Ga. - Dr. Clarence Paul Barnwell, 77, of the Danburg Road, Washington, Ga., died July 25, 2008 in University Hospital. Funeral services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Washington Church of God. Interment will follow in the Washington-Wilkes Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Hopkins Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
