HARLEM, Ga. - Mr. Yarbrough Torrance Tolbert, of Old Union Road, entered into rest Monday, July 14, 2008 at his residence. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 17, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Beulah Grove Baptist Church, Rev. Johnny Few and Rev. Dr. Sam Davis officiating. Burial will be in Olive Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Appling, Ga. He was a native of Columbia County, Ga., a retired Dispatcher from Grovetown Police Department, and a member of Beulah Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include his mother, Parthenia Tolbert, Harlem, Ga.; one sister, Lavetta Tolbert, Atlanta; goddaughter, Nykeyunna Tanksley, Harlem, Ga.; two god sisters, Lorene Scott, Grovetown and Jacqueline Jefferson, Harlem, Ga.; god brother, Tommy Hunt, Harlem, Ga.; eight aunts, three uncles; several cousins.
