THOMSON, Ga. - Entered into rest Sunday, July 13, 2008, Mrs. Carmie M. Dansby, 46, wife of Robert McClammy. Mrs. Dansby was born in Augusta and was a resident of Thomson for many years. Mrs. Dansby attended Raysville Baptist Church. Family members in addition to her husband include her son and daughter-in- law: Chris and Heather Shirey of Augusta; mother: Marie Hall Smith and husband George of Thomson; father: James T. "Tom" Dansby and wife Shonnie of Jesup; brother: Jamey Dansby and wife Melinda of Augusta; sister and brother: Katie and Josh Dansby of Jesup, GA; granddaughter: Skylar Shirey of Augusta; niece: Lauren Dansby and nephew: Brey Dansby of Augusta. Mrs. Dansby was preceded in death by her son: Thomas James Shirey. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at Raysville Baptist Church with Rev.
