SWAINSBORO, Ga. - Carvie Claxton, age 87, died Saturday, July 12, 2008 at Emanuel County Nursing Home. Funeral services are Tuesday, July 15 at 2 p.m. in the Peebles- Curry Memorial Chapel. Interment will be in Union Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 6-8 p.m. Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors are in charge of the arrangements.
