AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Louie Franklin Smith, 81, husband of Mrs. Loretta S. Smith, of Hawthorne Dr., entered into rest Friday, July 4, 2008, at the Georgia War Veteran's Nursing Home. Graveside services will be held today, (Monday) at 2:00 PM in Hillcrest Memorial Park, with the Reverend Dr. James Perkins of Dayspring Baptist Church officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Georgia War Veteran's Nursing Home, 1101 15th Street, Augusta, GA, 30904.
