SARDIS, Ga. - Spencer Angelo Smith, 83, entered into rest Saturday, June 21, 2008 at his home. A native of Savannah, he was born December 5, 1924 to the late Clarence Allen and Carrie Brooks Smith. For many years, he was a pilot for the United States Air Force until retirement. He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlene Smith. He is survived by 4 children; Shelley A. Whitman, Cathy J.
