AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Imogene Faulkner Nimmons entered into rest at her residence June 22, 2008. She was the beloved wife of Mr. Charlie H. Nimmons, Jr. Imogene was a life long residence of Augusta and a member of Curtis Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all those that knew her. She is survived by a sister; Jennie Mae Flanders of Martinez, a brother; Alec Faulkner of Augusta, a sister Julia Cellise of Augusta, a sister; Eva (Howard) Benson of Augusta. Her 2 sons; Charlie H. (Melanie) Nimmons the 3rd, Soperton,Ga., Bryan K. (Sandy) Nimmons, Martinez, Ga. 4 grandchildren; Denise (Jose) Torres, Matthew S. Nimmons, Daniel A. Nimmons, J. Blake Nimmons. And 2 great grandchildren; Emily Torres and Evan Torres. A visitation will be held Tuesday, June 24, 2008 from 7-9 pm at Elliott Sons, Columbia Rd. and memorial service will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at 3pm in the chapel with the Rev. William S.
