AIKEN WOODCARVERS

MEET: Every Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hobby Lobby on Whiskey Road.

MEMBERSHIP: Anyone can join the group at no charge. Instructions for newcomers are offered, but there isn't always a formal lesson. Newcomers are provided with a knife and wood to start the class until they can get their own materials.

MISSION: To further the art of woodcarving in all its forms and show that woodcarving is truly an art form.
