LINCOLNTON, Ga. - Mrs. Nancy Smith Denison, of Swainsboro died Fri., June 20, 2008 at her residence. She was 68. Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 22, 2008 at 4 p.m. at Lincolnton Baptist Church with Rev. Paul C. Reviere officiating. Mrs. Denison, born in Lincoln County on February 14, 1940, was the daughter of the late Reuben and Louise Bussey Smith. The Denison's made their home in Swainsboro in 1981 and she retired from the USDA food inspector after 24 years of service. Mrs. Denison enjoyed cooking, genealogy and spending time with her grandchildren. Her siblings, Reuben Smith, John Bussey Smith, and Bobbie Hanberry preceded her in death. Survivors: husband: Vincent A. Denison; daughters: Nikki D. Wagner, and husband Joe of Watertown, WI, Kay D. Rowland, and husband Jeff of Monroe, NC; son: James Allen Denison, and friend Terra Woods, Savannah; sisters: Martha S. Boyd, N Augusta, Jessie S. Britt, Hartwell, and Lou Mary "Blukey" McIntosh, Lincolnton and grandchildren: Brandy Rowland, Brett Rowland, Taylor Wagner, Patrick Wagner, Morgan Wagner, Michael Wagner, and Faith Glover. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to: Herrington Boy's Home, P.O.
