AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Mackenzie, wife of the late Emanuele Mackenzie, died on Friday, June 13, 2008 at Heartland Hospice. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at The Poteet Funeral Homes, South Chapel, 3465 Peach Orchard Road. A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, 2008 in the funeral home chapel. Committal services will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to her daughter, Arica Mackenzie.
